The devs have tested and find no issue with accessing the server using the players accounts.

That tells us that the most likely issue is that the dns is not being resolved at the players end.

Please try flushing your dns like I have showing in the screen shot above , if it still does not work . Try using comodo dragon or the ice dragon browser. Thank you

I have tested and tested this over a number of days

Using firefox or chrome with normal windows DNS, I get the issue... using comodo dragon with a different secure dns server ( comes with the browser ) I can get straight in......

It would appear that yes the issue is with the windows dns

The issue is going on right now with me (yet again - been facing this since november).

I suggest you change your system dns and see if that makes a difference

Hi I have had this problem for quite a while too and recently it is happening more often.

I have tried everything that you suggested, I clear the cache probably 10 times a day for this game, have tried dragon, flushed dns but still struggle to get on the game,I am struggling to understand how it can be a problem with my and many others computers when it only happens for this game

please can you help a lot of us to be able to log in the game as we are missing a lot of events due to this problem.

I have not included screenshots as I do not know how to.

I got "DC" from the game and when tried to get in, it got stuck on 13%....yet again. Now here I am 8 hours later trying to get into the game and it is stuck at 13% again. Is the game down, is there a maintenance? Why is there never an announcement made before time? I have cleared cache dns so many times, tried ice dragon comodo, but since yesterday the 13% issue was just unbearable. I had to wait 20-30 minutes at each interval to get into the game, and now I cannot even get in. This all tells us there is a problem on YOUR behalf, not the player's behalf. You should move to a different server platform. This is just getting ridiculous.

Here I go again, 13% and it is almost chaos and I still cannot get on. Like I said before, switch to better servers. The server hosting the game is obviously not up to standards to handle the game. I played Wartune for almost two years and never encountered this issue. I have not been playing this game long, but the last month has been unbearable, to the point I have to leave the game opened on one computer at home just to make sure I can manage to play at least when I get back. I hope this matter gets resolved, as seeing most players complain about this issue.

2hrs and still cant get on, whatever you did last time on the 26th can you do it again and on a regular basis please as it worked. this is really annoying a lot of people and is the main topic on guild chat and players are leaving due to this problem

On the 26th we called the devs in for a different type of loading error, it appeared as the same error but in the logs, it showed a different type of error, one I recognised immediately and reported it
