[checking] Bug in dragon souls

I have not been able to get into my Dragon Souls for 5 Months now can someone please take a look on why the other players on this computer can get in and upgrade their souls I cant it freezes and I have to reset the game all over again please help thank you

The main issue is it takes a bit to load. I found going in through character works better than going into direct dragons souls. Just a suggestion to try.

I have  the same problems 2 other people in my home can get in I go on the theirs no change I am getting my losing by others I have all gold souls and cant use them please fix ASAP

same problem with dragon Souls for 5 months Its not my internet Everyone else I my house can do it but me I have submitted claim after claim where it says ticket so what in game problem you don't know what I am saying and you have done nothing I am ready to give up this game and now I see a person who has been waiting 3 months not fixed by next Monday I quit whats the point cant win if I cant play grrr bye

Having the same troubles as well. Can no longer get into Dragon souls. This happens every time. Reave- ud1

that screenshot is perfect... it clearly shows that there is a issue with the page loading and the system message is visible

Kitwritten, are you able to confirm if this is being looked into. I am Reave from ud1 I have checked over the past few days, and it is still not working. The system still freezes up and leads to needing to be refreshed, but not able to get in.

all I can confirm, is that it was forwarded and reported to the devs. They do not answer things quickly.

Kitwritten  was not a connection issue. It happens every single time you go to open dragonsoul. Can run the game portion but not get into the equip area. No matter where you try from. It locks up and gives the same error everytime. Locks up the whole game.

Yes, and it appears to be an account specific issue..... but without the other players providing the requested information, I can not get the devs attention.....


Its frustrating the hell out of me because I have 28 open cases, some of which the players are angry because of a lack of action.... but ignoring the requests for information that the devs are requesting

Understood, It is not your fault at all. Can not help when there are those that do not provide what is needed. I guess that means that it stays Broken. Thank you anyway.

I will keep going and see if I can get something done but the devs requests are what can limit things a lot
