[resolved }Angel quiz total points bug

Hi, my angel quiz total points has some visual bug and is not reflecting the correct score. I can't add a screenshot cuz i'm using mobile. Can any mod help me check if it will resolve the next day? Yesterday's score was 1185 and today's score is 3485. Total score glotch to 3925 and didn't change after that. Can someone pls help me. today's the third day and tmrw is the last day of quiz.

After reset, the overall score didn't change again. I'll add a screenshot of the glitch when i return home to my pc from work (using mobile right now). For this kind of issue, how can it be resolved so that i get to claim the 8k points prize overall at least. Pls any mod help. A screenshot will be provided in 8hrs time. Working hrs is really something that cannot be curbed.

Bottom pic is yesterday. Both screenshot taken after the reset for today.

The score glitch happen 1-2hrs before reset while I was still working on the quiz for points.

I'm in the same server as sparrow, I play as cyprus, so I can attest that the bug only affected sparrow.

Notice that 2k points in overall points, while "yesterday" has 3.4k points? I remembered that she has 1k points daily, and 3.4k just the day before today's reset, so that's about 5.4k in overall and not 3.9k in total points. That's a very bad score glitch that didn't change at all.

Thanks for your suppot cyprus, was hoping that it could still be helped by the mod, but looks like it's either too late or that s/he actually can't do anything to help me.

When anything from LoA is reported, the devs will not deal with it without screenshots, the faster I can get the screenshots, the faster I can get it in to the devs and perferably before the event ends.


If its a visual bug, it will not matter because the logs will tell a different story to the screenshot but the devs have to check if its a event bug and since its been posted that its only affecting one player, thats a bit unusual

I've already added screenshots yesterday... why are you still asking for what's been given? Then ask the devs to check the logs. I can't possibly tell what's my final score at all; it's been 3925 and still hasn't reflected any change so this event is screwed for me. How did my points became 2k in the overall, when i did 3.4k yesterday?

Anyways, i think you can forget about it. Today is the last day of the event and if it's really that hard to help me, then i'm already prepared to drop this game in the final outcome. It's not a major event issue that affected every player that the devs have to pursue with utmost importance. What's losing 1 player to them anyways?

I have been told that it may be a delay with the system not updating correctly for you as no issue has been found with the event. Its possible that it may be lag related.


Its not that its hard to help players, its more a case of there is limited time to find a bug or glitch in a timed event and if its only affecting one player, then its often ruled to be a lag or network delay issue rather than a event issue. The event appears to be working correctly ( devs response to the report )

Yes you are right that there was a network lag. My total points didn't get updated when i was midway working on the quiz yesterday. The overall score certainly is above 3.9k but now it's below that. Even if there is a network lag, my score couldn't possibly just reset when it's not the reset time yet. Yesterday's score was reflected correctly 3485. So now how can it be helped?
