s6 lost temple

dont know if this is the right forum but here is the problem:
i tried to recharge 800 topaz with paypal only for the 1day recharge rewards, but didnt get the topaz or anything else ingame.
paypal said transaction was ok
on amz order history also it is ok, i even get the member points for this recharge
i already wrote a ticket with order number etc. but no answer so far.

well they fixed it one day later but didnt get the recharge rewards from the original recharge day
and now i recharged again with another method and have the same problem. money is gone, got the member ppoints, complete at order history but no topaz ingame..... rly nice
and i will not get anything from the recharge events today, AGAIN.
guess i should look for another page...

The payment was successful but it uses payment wall who have a long history of payment delays.
