The more we allow kids to use gadgets from an early age, the more problems they’d have from staying away when grown up. I have a preschooler, and I know how difficult it can be.

I’m a stickler when it comes to following some basic rules. I suggest that you must also set certain rules for the usage of devices, and it would be better if everyone at home follows them, including you.

As a variant you can use a keylogger https://www.refog.com/keylogger.html to monitor your children's online activities. It is pretty handy and fast. I have installed it a month ago and should say it works pretty well for my kids behavior and health. Simply give it a try. Hope it can help
