The devs will manually log into your character to fix the issue, as it has been fixed server side but may also need to be fixed via the player character.

S2.Nemain as requested is my character name on RoG, to clarify if it helps after the very first daily vip claim on the right right, it has never refreshed even once. 

I honestly never paying much attention to it to realize it was a bug or otherwise until it was pointed out the other day.

Could you help me with a problem with refine, I still cannot despite I had finished instance L27, from normal to insane. Also I cannot finish the story quest Clear Inventory, I did cleaned it, but nothing happened? am I bug?
