i am having the same issue server 65 character lette trying to access it from maryland made it to lvl 21 and froze up. refreshed page and keeps saying connect close

Cannot connect to any of these servers:
[S64] Cynoscephalae (US East)
[S66] Pydna (Europe)
[S62] Reborn Bear (US East)
[S65] Arbalest (US East)
[S1] Yunas Yarn (US East)
Was able to connect and play on each. I'm in US East
When I try to play it just flickers "connecting..." over and over
