Yeah ok, second day in a row, can't enter the Chaos VS event, seems broken for sure.
Are all european servers affected?
We need to know what rewards you are supposed to get so we can check.....
I need to send in detailed reports to be checked otherwise they get ignored because there is a lack of information to check. With timed events, the only way we can check them is to be online during the event, if there is no information....
Whenever I try to join that message in the center pops up (Please try to connec tafter 5 seconds!).

It seems like nobody on any european server can enter the event for the past 3 days.
I am sorry that I cannot provide a screenshot of the rewards we are NOT getting on server 80 (US East). This is because we are NOT getting them now.
About 5-10 minutes after Chaos VS ends, the system should send two in-game mails to participants. One mail should be the individual ranking reward (honor and enchant jewels). The other mail should be the team ranking reward (Chaos chests). Currently, we are not getting either of these in-game mails.
Obviously, the European players are missing these rewards as well. They cannot even enter the event. We on server 80 can enter, but we do not receive the rewards after it ends.
The issue has been reported, unfortunately we have to wait on the games developers. I can rereport it
as for manually sending the rewards, its not an option as that would have to be manually checked and done, and it takes about 3 days just to do one days rewards because all the logs have to be checked and even then we need the developers help
active devs ? I actually do not know...... the devs do not work for AMZ, they belong to a seperate company and work as and where directed by their bosses
Its a bit like windows 7 and windows 8... there is devs and coders to keep them up to date with security patches etc but there is no active version updates for those windows versions so the developers that do that side of things, work on other projects
how that works with AMZ is we have staff that work on the basic running of the games, AMZ site maintenance and the apps etc....but the main work is done by the games developers and when they go walkabout, it causes major headaches for us, specially when we have games that need updating or fixing or new versions and the devs decide they are busy on other projects
