Your problem was forwarded for checking and fixing. I have heard nothing back. Its now in the 2 week holiday period for china, for their chinese new year so I can not get any information until the developers return from holiday

Unfortunately that is possible. Holidays in china are not optional and in the last week before the 2 weeks, game devs tend to prioritise events and fixes for servers over player issues that require checking.


It annoys me because it causes delays on player issue fixes and impacts on the players.

compensation is not up to me.... I can ask about it but the final decision on compensation for siegelord, rests with the developers
