you are aware of what the GMs actually do ?

many players think that they get to sit in a room with the AMZ management and able to demand updates, fixes and events, also having the tools to load up their characters, mute and ban other players etc.....

the reality is that they are in separate rooms to the AMZ management with no access to them, except for senior GMs, the GMs are paid a small compensation on games and required to work 20 hours a week, talking with players and answering questions, they are not allowed to work on their home servers ( servers where their main account is ) and they work on the servers as directed by the senior GMs.

How GMs are recruited, is they apply and are interviewed by a senior GM who evaluates if the player is genuinely interested in helping players on servers or just looking for a way to get in behind the scenes to yell at AMZ management......

and after all of that, at the present stage, all of the vet and GM teams are no longer active because of the state of the games.
