did not receive my diamonds

hi , 

i recharge a fair bit , and just did another recharge for 3,000 diamonds , but didnt receive them , i tried to submit a ticket about it , but that only lets me fill in the required info , when i go to submit it says the page is not working...so 


my information is,

Server 37  Death fall us east

im also trying to add my receipt pic for it  but for some reason wont open , but you folks will be able to see that i ordered and payed

keep trying to send a tciket , says your page isnt responding , that is beyond my control , all i know is i paid , it took my cash , yet no diamond s, it has always been instant to show up

I can see the problem in the back end, I have credited the diamonds, can you check that you have recieved them
