Miss Buzz is a decent hero if you know how to group her effectively. However, it is often hard to know which runes are better than others. 

Rune slot 1. Stun Whirl vs Maelstrom

Rune slot 2. Reflected vs Damage Bulge

Which do you think is better?

stun whirl and 50% damage bulge is the best i think for sure
