On completing numerous world map challenges, the winning shards which show in "items won", have failed to show in hero slots as "acquired". No matter how any many times I completed the same challenge and acquired them, they consistently fail to complete for augmentation!!?? Getting really PO'd with this bug, been like this since I started 2 weeks ago, and it's not just happening on this server!! AMZ you need to fix this bug as it delays game progress and effects my enjoyment of the game.

First we need the character and server name.

Second we need the name of the hero shards and a screenshot please

3rd, they normally appear in the shards section of the hero icon and need to be made into a complete card so they can be used to augment a hero
