I am getting tired of myself or one of my guild members having to report Hacker for swearing in the game.  We report him, he gets muted or banned for a week, and then comes back and does it again.  This is a family gaming site or so I thought so.  When are you going to ban him permanently?

I am only going to use the information in the screenshot as that is proof. The rest of what is written, is not in a screenshot so there is no proof.


I have muted the player for a long time

That means then that we will be reporting him again, and again and again soon.  You mute his Hacker character and he just comes on and annoys us with one of his other characters.  What does it take to get someones IP banned completely.  This individual is making physical threats against our guild members.

We have muted him again .When he still try doing this .we will consider muting him permanently .

Hacker is at it again.  This system is not letting screenshots be attached.  It just stays in the upload mode at 4%.  There is no problem with my connection or computer.  Is thee another way to report him? He is making verbal physical threats.

send them in a ticket but save them as a jpeg image not BMP

Send the screenshots in a ticket, post in forums, even put them in a image hosting site and link the image to here.....


I am also interested in the names of the other accounts that the player is using to bypass the mute and harass players, I have no problem with muting all of their accounts or banning the accounts if I can see that they are simply troll accounts

I'm not sure if I have done this correct. The linking methods are confusing.  I attempted to load the shot as a .jpg and a .png but neither would load.  Another Hacker account is s40.lordsjones88

I can not clearly see the chat in that screenshot.....  we do not need to see a full screenshot of the whole game window, just the chat


I have checked S40 in the backend, there is no lordjones88 showing in the back end

Well, Hacker wins then and will continue to make threats and swear.  The only method I know of getting the screenshot is to use Print Scrn which captures the entire page. When I posted the first screenshot at the top of this post I used the same method that I did on this one however was able to attach the shot using the upload tool. That tool is not allowing me to upload the jpg.  It just sits there and spins saying upload.  I am sorry for taking up your time.

Take the screenshot, then go into paint and crop the image so that way the chat is showing ( you may need to resize the remaining image.


The issue may be that the image size is too big to go into a post in a thread but not a thread creation post
