I have the same problem recharge and today when doing the rollback my diamonds disappeared when they think about fixing this problem

I will be checking this today, no rollback was done. if one was done, items, equipment etc would all be missing.

I have confirmed what happened, LR was moved to a new server system and the wrong save was loaded as primary, we are very sorry for this and will be fixing the issue

1- The crystal keys I bought with my diamond went to waste

2- The Stemina I bought with my diamond went to waste

3- the element attemps I bought with my diamond went to waste

4- vip member went to waste
