Unable to logon to S43 or S44

This started on Dec 7th. I have cleared browser cache and rebooted my PC. I am able to logon to s11 with no issue. Thank you for your time.

I need a screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to load S43 and S44...


we are aware of a connection issue but its not affecting everybody as I can log into the servers.....and the issue is being looked into and has already been reported to the devs

Both servers say connecting...then I get the "Tips connect close" message

what country do you live in.... I can load both servers so its a loading issue affected by player location

Thanks.....  we are not sure what is causing the issue, its affecting some players not others.... and some players are reporting that reloading the game a few times, is letting them in

I was able to logon tonight finally after several reloads. Thank you for your help.
