missing tycoon reward

hi guys, pls, can you check, why i didn't receive any reward from last tycoon, i finished on 3rd place, and reward was nothing or what???

Going to need to have screenshots showing the final ranking and rewards you should have recieved

In that case I need the character and server, I will ask for a review of tycoon rank and rewards but any compensation will be based on the discretion of the devs as I can not show what rewards you are entitled to
