I tried that still no luck. When I tried Chrome it was the first time loading the game on it and the same result. Server 1 looks like below...

we can not transfer characters across servers, the reason for that, is the character is tied to the server its created on
a planned update was cross server but that had been delayed a number of times... that was meant to go in so players had more people to participate with........
I can ask about merges but there is a good chance you will not see merges before xmas as the pressure is on us o get a game ready for closed beta launch before xmas as that new game has the potential to be AMZs biggest game..... a open world game that is more balanced in its game play with no class changing restrictions, so we are expecting a lot of player interest and possibly players shifting over from our older games

I can ask for a check, this issue is a very hard one because the devs may not see any issue with your character on S1 if they log into it.....
the most likely cause is file corruption or a conflict between the browser and the server code... how this happens is not all servers are copy and paste, S1 has different coding to s21 so yes you will see the problem only on S1 and not on S21....
the black background is normally a file not working or loading... the problem is the issue could be happening anywhere IE browser, flash player, anti virus etc.... and that makes it very hard to find and fix

At this stage no. the issue for us is when the devs log into your character, they can not see any issues.....which means the problem is with the graphics loading on your side
Thats the easy part, the hard part is working out why.... and there is a long list of what can be causing it, lets be honest, even a reformat may not fix the issue..... it could be something as simple as using a HTTPS connection instead of a HTTP connection, it is even possible its the connection to the server that your ISP is using..... its very hard to say
