IRIS LAPIS DISAPPEARED!!!!

Hi I play in FELSPIRE server [S36] Wolf Water (Europe)

And the name of my char is : s36.DevilSaint

Couple of days ago I took out from my T8 +5 Glorious Armor
the IRIS LAPIS in order to put them in a new armor that I had as Drop from Boss
and the LAPIS was not in my inventory, they just disappeared . 

You can check the server system to see it.
How can i get my lost IRIS LAPIS back?
Because I dedicated many playing days to collect them

We need a image of the item, even if its from another player because its not as simple as looking for iris lapis in the back end, it may be a code or a different name so we need a screenshot of it so we have a better idea of what item type it is

As you can see your self is impossible to have glove T9 and armor T2as

I get what you are saying but we have no idea what a dark power is. SO thats why we asked for a screenshot of it, even if its from another player, that will allow us to work out what type of item it is..... there is over 3000 items in the game

I just asked for my lost  IRIS LAPIS back.
Because they disappear from GAME BUG.
you can check the GAME SYSTEM!!!!
Read the screen shot.
and see also the previous screenshots I have send.

yes that was my fault, I had multiple threads open and accidentally posted in the wrong thread...


but anyways.... I will just point you back to post #2.... where I asked for a screenshot because the item may not be listed in the back end as IRIS LAPIS. so we need to know exactly what item is missing so it cuts down the search time.. you posted screenshots of your amour and gloves ??? are they missing ????

If I am not wrong  I lost : 

280  Iris Lapis &


  80  enchant Lapis

Devs response, the system logged your lapis as removed from the armour successfully. if they had disappeared when you did that, there would not be any record of them..... so they have ruled out a bug. It also means that they will not replace the lapis.

they did not give any complete answer ?
they suppose to give a complete answer of the problem.

that was checked, it was confirmed that they did not disappear from your inventory as it was logged that they were put in your inventory so a bug was ruled out. Finding what you did with them, is a seperate issue and that takes longer to check

I did nothing with them...

I just did not saw them in my inventory anymore.

are not in my inventory OR Vault
I did not sold them....
so what?

I eat them ?
