HI World,

Please forgive me if it offensive but why do we have a suggestion on how to improve game and sylar keep saying thank for support or sometime like that but AMZ don't fix or add they just ignore or what please all vet and mod should answer with player too.

Many players post their suggestions and ideas on the forum , many ideas sounds really good . And we will pass them to our devs .But it may not be feasible in the devs' opinion , so the ideas or suggestions are not adopted . And sometimes players tell us they meet problem or bug in games ,we may not answer right away ,but we are already trying our best to solve the problem .Also sometimes bugs will not be fixed in time ,we are so sorry for that ,devs may need time to figure out the problem and test repeatedly .Exactly there are still something we need to improve to provide a better game experience , pls tell us when you have any problem ,it will push us and our games better and better .
