It would be nice if we would be able to outfit our heroes even though they aren't deployed.

Hi Saxxoo,


  You mean to equip the gears into the non-deployed heroes and also free space in the inventory/bag? This would also mean that if a hero is moved to the array it would use it's own gears and not get the gears from that array position?
