Hi hellow why i need to suffer like this my account keeps coming back to 1..i mean i already did all my daily quest,boss porta,td and everything in this fucking game..but when i logged out and cameback again...all of that goes back again..i man i need to start to finish all of this again..everytime i logged out...is this a joke?

yes iam...and yet my char is keep coming back to start...all my daily is finish even the events i waste so much time...but everytime i logged out my daily keeps coming back to start

and the hardest part is my diamonds keep missing everytime i refresh the browser

plss do something about this i cant go on like this..my account cant progress if my daily Log in,boss portal,td all events,fareless den and everything in the game is refreshing everytime i log out but my diamonds keep descresing and it not just 1 diamond its fucking 100 diamond everytime i refresh

I have one suggestion.... change your name and get rid of the symbols for a start, the system can not read them and so I could not find your character in the system

Because you have the symbols in your name, it means that the devs would have to deal with your account as there is no way for us to find your character or deal with the missing diamonds...


it also means that if the devs do not respond, then there is going to be a issue with resolving your other issues and that means that you would have to change your name yourself ......

so if i change my name is there assurance that u will return my missing diamonds? cuz if not then i will just waste my diamonds for nothing that is not even my fault...ever since the game started i have no other issues about it all is just normal...its just happend yesterday...

just let me know that there is an assurance that u will return my missing diamonds cuz if u do..theres no doubt i will follow wat u suggest me to do..cuz 500 diamond is big deal for me plus the diamonds that keep decreasing everytime i log in on the game

and 1 more thing..wat if i buy that rename card and then change my name...wat if when i re log again and my IGN will be back again to its original so it will be waste of diamond again...so no assurance that ur suggestion will help me..cuz we cant deny the fact that eveytime i re log in everything is back to its original place right b4 when i left it last sunday..

Due to the fact that you told me the incorrect name and no screenshots showing the issue, I had to go searching for the correct information on the server so I could report it......  and you want an assurance from me about your diamonds and fixing the issue ? I already told you, that we have got to contact the devs over this and give them the time to investigate the issue.... and telling me that others are having the same issue, is no help because thats still no reports and no names to forward to the devs.


so yeah, no answers at this stage because there is no answers to give anybody / you


I also answered your ticket on the same issue... and you mentioned in the ticket that you spent diamonds in BP and faceless den but in the forum thread, you said that you were losing 100 diamonds each time you refreshed.....


now I have to stop and redo the report again because of the change of information

im also having an issue with my account resetting every time i log out and log back in.  my spirit, exp, Boss portals and all events are resetting every time.
