I feel that mount skill books should drop from Boss Rush, but only the hard bosses. Furthermore, they should have a low chance of dropping, say, 2%. Moreover, they should only be basic skill books, so F2P players can obtain them, but paying players can also feel like they aren't getting ripped off.

(Oh, and for the event thing, name's BradBrock1 from S70)
