As players know, we have a issue with the FB and FB game room login.


If you are affected, we need your character, server name and game that you play on. We also need your FB user ID number  https://www.facebook.com/help/1397933243846983?helpref=faq_content


We need this information to locate your character that is affected by the login and restore your access to it.

The fact is like this i followed the instruction but i don't have it in the apps LD .

I log into the game from the main page : http://lordsroad.amzgame.com/# and i use the f button.

Server S80 in name game AlucarD

LR does not have a APP....  but we can track you by your server and user name..... the reason for the FB user ID is so we can track players that play using the app or gameroom on FB

I cant seem to find the ID is it because i just use facebook to login on LOA home page?

Yes that would be the reason


I have just been told that we have found the source of the issue, its in the openID code. It means that the FB code was changed in some way and that is why the players were getting a new character at login.

The techs are changing the openID code to match the new FB coding and that should resolve the issue for players
