So i'm sick and i demand a reevaluation of how this work before quit leaving this.
Every single day i have a different issue regarding rewards because i end my daily BEFORE reset but for the server i didn't and i'm tired and sick of it.
So my suggestion is that server restart at 5am as always but deliver orb breaker, salary and all the rewards that come with reset, a long with reset attempts on gauntlet, daily challenge, etc at 5.15 giving time to acknowledge what things were done BEFORE reset, even 1 minute before it still count, why should i end things at 4am if server reset at 5am, is a non-sense. I think what i'm suggesting it should be no problem for devs and would make a lot cleaner the ticket situation since i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one raging about this. Is edit a server file and change the reward sent time to 5:15am instead of 5 o'clock not a big deal and it gonna improve a lot ppl complains. So players happy, forum cleaner, less work for mods, and less problems for devs too. Is a win win situation.
I hope this thread is taken with the seriousness i demand, otherwise just say we won't do anything for help players get what they had work for and you would be doing me and to others a favor so we can't quit once for all knowing nothing will ever change. I'm really mad with all this because i keep loosing stuff and i've done nothing more then play the game as it is, but that's it this can't be this way for any longer, already missed 3 times gauntlet because rewards didn't reset, i've ended 4-5-6th on orb breaker because server didn't acknowledge i have X amount of points before reset, points that where more than enough for get the 1st spot in the tables, and ofc i have activity bar completed after reset meaning wasn't able to do NOTHING related to daily.
Before start asking me for screenshot let me tell you that i already did that with each problem i had on the respective moment and all i got was there is no way to prove you didn't fake the screenshot, because without saying it is what was implied, i know how to read between lines so i would appreciate if you don't treat me as a child.
I had spoken with GM Marian and GM Hanna regarding this, with kit too, nobody can fix it and i keep loosing things day after day so then i wonder what am i doing supporting a game that can't help me with a problem, can't fix a chat bug, that has censorship for almost everything making sometimes impossible to speak at all, even server mechanics like glass from exchange market is censored we need to say gl@ss or gla.ss or whatever sound similar because glass is censored since it has in it the word ass, but penis a clear word isn't censored at all.
Today i got my orb breaker reward compromise for reset system and i have proof so take the time to interpret the screenshot since i can't record a video doing it so you can believe in my word. If you don't believe then try yourself doing things 10 minutes not 1 10 minutes before reset and getting NOTHING because server don't acknowledge you did the thing required BEFORE the 5 am.
So here is the screenshots showing that i have enough points to get 15 stepping stones from the orb breaker and instead i ended 4th getting 5 stones and in the new table 1st with my 50 free attempts untouch.

Repeat, i don't want a response that we can't prove or anything similar to that, i really wanna avoid coming to forum to complain but u make that impossible. If you are not going to give me the 10 stones i've lost AGAIN fine but fix it, move to 5:15 am the time when server sent rewards giving time to acknowledge all players have done BEFORE 5 am is all i'm asking.
I know this goes in bug section but is also a suggestion, so if i put this on bug then it would be wrong too since it has a suggestion in it. So excuse me for not knowing where to put this thread and for god sake tell me if you plan fixing this or no so i can move on to a different game, or watch movies dunno but not waste any more time trying to stay on top.
