[reported ] Amulet gone missing

Last night I was in homestead swapping out some decorations.  When I came out of decorator mode there was a huge drop in BR.  The amulet on my main is missing.  Is there a way to get it back?

Hello Angelina!

Can you please provide us with screenshot of missing amulet? In order to report missing items to devs we need to provide SS  exact missing item. Please dont forget under SS to leave you IGN and server number.

I'm confused, how do I get you a screen shot of something thats gone? 

It was an Excalibur Zeus Series Sword (the yellow one) with  Inscription level nine, I am not sure exactly what level it was trained to but it was around 45.

My server is S34 I have no idea what an IGN number is.

IGN is In Game Name.


The screenshot of the amulet if its possible to find one anywhere, even if its on another character. The reason for that, is that the devs tend to ask for screenshots on near everything, even missing items so a screenshot of the amulet, even if its from a guide or something, means that we can say we have the screenshot of the missing amulet

Took one highlighting it in homestead.  As I said in a previous post I'm not sure exactly how high it was trained but the inscription was level IX

Its been months and now a bunch of my inscriptions are missing including two dark powers is there any word on this issue?

I will reforward it... the problem is with the amulets, is when they disappear, they do not just disappear from the character, they completely disappear from the back end so there is no record of the player even having the amulet....

Except now we are also loosing things from inventory.  I had two dark powers sitting in my inventory this weekend and now they are gone.

thanks for bumping the thread..... we had a spam poster in the forums yesturday and I lost the thread.....


yeah there is a known issue with amulets going missing and I believe also dark powers has been mentioned by a couple of players.... there is no fix in site because the devs do not know what is causing it.... all we can do is try to get the items replaced but the nature of the bug is that any record of the amulet disappears in the back end, which is why a screenshot is now so important.....


I will add the screenshot you have provided, to a report and reforward it

Inscription level nine is purple, is that correct for the amulet you lost ???

The amulet I lost was an Excalibur Zeus Series Sword (the yellow one) with  Inscription level nine, (10,13,16,20,and 21) Since then I've lost 2 additional Dark Powers (#21s)

I've bought a new sword since - I'd just really like the three dark powers back :(

My server is S34 and my in game name is still Angelina
