The developers have put a lot of time and effort into the game and are working on new content but also a lot of time has been used up in bug fixes and system changes

I appreciate the time and effort that you and others have put into limiting the issues on S47, unfortunately because of the alt and trolling behievour on most other servers, and the loss of real cashing players because of it.....it does mean that there are limited funds for game development and when you have such a high fake account creation rate for a game, and a high real player loss rate, then it hurts games and the income........ if that can be reversed, then yes, AMZ will pour everything it can into CoA to get the game back up to the cutting edge game we want it to be and so we can all enjoy a game with regular updates.......

So, how are you going to fix that?  Or are you guys just going to abandon the game altogether?  

It is not our fault when there are so many fake accounts, when the developer did not do anything about it or working to fix the issue? There are many players still in the server who have been spend a lots of money on the game.  So can you please let us know what's happening from here?

there are to many servers. Why not merge all the servers or merge down to just several. I used to spend real money on this game but S2 is dead why spend my money on something that only have just a couple of players on it!!!!!!!!!!!! Like this game but truthfully i am about done. There is only as couple of people on the server which means no competition and no interaction.

Merges and future updates are planned for CoA, it is a game with a lot of potential

banning troll accounts actually increases server activity as they stir up the server with the multiple accounts..... and we are gambling that the merges will give merged servers more real players on servers, than troll accounts......

but to be dead honest, there is no simple fix to troll accounts, thats something that players assume is easy to do... but the reality is the harder you make it to create accounts, the more it affects real honest players that make the effort to create their genuine accounts...... where as trolls will just use fake information because its a throw away account.
