Reporting Bugs and issues

We have a system that we use with bug reports, to reduce the amount of time it can take to address a bug or issue. This is to ensure that we can deal with bug and issue reports quickly and effectively.

Payment & recharge problems are dealt with via the ticket system. Do not post screenshots of your payment and recharge information in the forums please.

The bug report forum is for Game and Server reports: Server down, events not working and so on

The support forum is for player reports: missing items, can not login in / black screen issues and so on

Please include screenshots, character, server and information about the issue. Reports without the required information, can not be dealt with as quickly.

DO not use the bugs forum for discussion of bugs and issues, use the general discussion forum instead.

Intervention. would not allow the u5e of recruit horn even in red battle, made getting kill order completed impo55ible.  thi5 affected everyone in my faction, dont know about the one5 we fought, or rather tried to fight.

was unable to use recruiting horns in the intervention which made it so we cudnt fill our kill orders or even fight to defend are capitol ?? 15/10/2016 s2 gorm soulreaper

another Intervention today and 5ame problem, cant u5e recruit horn manually or in red battle. can we expect thi5 to be re5olved 5oon?
