I was so annoyed at the latest update because it lagged the game too much compared to before (main game page takes 5-10 minutes to load, everything you have to do takes a long time to load, clicking on any tabs shows up blacked or blank), so i was ranting on chat. Your gm (gmtifa) muted me for speaking the truth on chat while the vet on duty (vetblue) talked crap which annoyed me more so i continued to rant. IN ALL HONESTY, SOME OF YOUR VETS ARE RUDE AND THINK OF US PLAYERS AS STUPID AND KNEW NOTHING ABOUT COMPUTERS WHENEVER WE COMPLAIN ON CHAT AND ALL THEY WOULD ALWAYS ADVISE US IS TO JUST REFRESH OUR BROWSERS AND CLEAR OUR CACHES. AS IF WE DIDN'T DO ALL THOSE BEFORE WE COMPLAIN! A MAJORITY OF US PLAYERS PAY OR RECHARGE SO ISN'T IT ONLY PROPER THAT WE BE TREATED ACCORDINGLY AND FOR THE GAME DEVELOPERS, VETS AND GM'S TO GIVE OR PROVIDE US STRAIGHT ANSWERS WHENEVER WE RANT OR COMPLAIN ON CHAT INSTEAD OF MUTING US OUT? PLEASE FIX OUR SERVER ISSUES ESPECIALLY WHENEVER THERE'S AN UPDATE....

Personally, i prefer playing on this server (Ethereal Plains) compared to when I used to play via facebook on server Northern Furnace. Northern Furnace lags too much and because of the server time, i don't get to do much special events that i lost interest to play there anymore whereas here on Ethereal Plains, i get to do more events and i progress faster compared to when i was playing on Northern Furnace and I was able to acquire stronger angels here which i can only dream of in server NF.
