Its a known intermittent bug. Unfortunately the problem is that player may take 2 weeks to report missing rewards from CS GvG and it annoys the hell out of the devs when that happens because they may have to recheck servers 4-5 times.

Do you have a screenshot showing your winning position

Unfortunally i don't, but im sure they can confirm reading the logs.


I collected rewards from all tabs (Winning master, winning side and kill rank, after that i closed the event page and when i noticed that ores were missing i went back but the page didin't show my position anymore...

As i told you, the only thing missing was 300 ores, they can check all other items that i used on that day:

Lost Chest (M) - Got Godly Boots from it

Relic Pill x2

Opazite x2

etc...

The reason would be the last times this was reported, I had to search for a screenshot to show the rewards and could not find one....

The devs did not respond about the missing ore last time

Sorry i can't risk to lose more ores to prove my point, a friend said that devs won't help and i'll lose more ores trying to prove that bug...

Ask the devs to collect a Winning Reward(3k+ points) with 5-10 slots free on the bag, they will confirm how sacks and i lost our ores rewards!

How many times am I going to have to ask for the screenshot of the rewards. The devs have asked 9 times for that screenshot and still NO screenshot. even in this thread, you were asked for one a month ago... you are back reporting the issue and still no screenshot.

The devs can ask a screenshot to solv every problem when the game stops crashing everytime you leave an event!
They must learn something about "logs and tests".
 
 
If you report as i told you, this issue could be fixed by them!

I have no screenshot for the first 2 reports because the game crashed at the end of the event! And i did not printed the screen because i didin't know that it was going to cause this issue!

For the 10th time I need the screenshot showing the rewards the player would have got.

AMZ has to request the compensation, with a screenshot of the rewards the player won and what was not recieved. AMZ can not check the event logs as we do not have them and nor do the devs. The devs have to check the player log history for each part of the rewards and if we can not give them the date, time and a screenshot of what they are looking for, they just ignore the report.

all you are seeing is the devs just need to go look for the cs gvg logs and look for what items the player got then click the player logs......  the reality is there is no CS GVG logs. The items are listed in chinese not english and there is 7 different types of the same thing so we have to give them the correct item information

If I detail what is causing the issue, they are going to respond with tell the players to make sure they have the room then, since they know what causes the issue in the first place.

so for the 11th time, I need the screenshot of the event rewards ...

No reward was received in this case because the claim button was gray after login back to the game, soon the event end the game crashed forcing him to relog.
