If you get the black screen at the first loading when you play new server, please clear your browsing data.
If you get Unable to resolve the server's DNS address，please change the DNS address to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4，and then clear the cache of DNS。

Ctrl+F5 maybe works, but you need to try more times.
