Ranked Matches not "ending"

sometimes after winning or losing a ranked match it doesn't go back to the regular screen and just freezes, causing me to refresh, ruining my win streak. I've seen it go back after a few minutes, usually 1 to 2, but usually when it happens it won't do anything after 5-10 min. Is there anyway to prevent this? What even causes it?

It depends connection of ur enemy, just be patient and waiting for a little time, and it will back to reguler screen. I am usually get like this too..

more than likely your enemy has a few tabs open and is playing  on another server at the same time or on a diff game,once he opens the tiny tab again it will unfreeze,this is annoying but thats unfortunate..
