GM Fauna asked me for a screenshot, so here it is :)
Since you only get one piece of the outfit (or so i would think an outfit is both Suite and Wings)
You can only see the Suite and if you would think you could get the wings from Mall you are mistaken :D

The Rose set can be gotten through hot events in 10 days.
First 5 days will be a event where you need to daily recharge any amount ( last day gives you the Suit ).
After that, another 5 day hot event with daily recharge ( last day giving you the wings ).
On shop, for now, you only have the Demon and Angel outfit sets.

Its not a bug.... its a window that says that clothing can be gained from the shop, rather than a specific item can be brought in the shop
