Hi. Honest answer: it's somewhere in between, depending on how clean your existing systems are. Set up the automated call answering service from Maloni AI in a couple of weeks end-to-end. CRM integration was straightforward via their connectors. Telephony depended on our provider — they supported ours directly. The document base took the most effort, because it forced us to clean up outdated price lists and FAQ docs (worth doing anyway). After that, voice setup, instructions and test calls were quick. Response time around 1.74s. Not 'switch on', but not a multi-month build either. Real, measurable value started in the first month.
