Hi to management,

I just want to inform you that I was not able to claim the reward in C.S. GVG even I finished it. Though we are defeated I should have an option to claim the rewards under the "Defeated Side" category.

My Guild Points was 4500, under the defeated side I should get these items: 2xRose Wine, 4xFruit Wine, 35xLvl1Refine Stone, 120xOre, 120xExcelsior SP and 1xOpazite.

The only reward that I've claimed was under the Kill Rank only.

Please have a look on this bug problem and hopefully, I can get my rewards again.

I am sorry but I was not able to do screenshots while in the game, I just waited for the C.S. GVG to end. Usually, what would I do after it ends is that I would just go to either Winning/Losing Category and there would be an orange box to claim, so the rewards can be claimed. But what happen just recently is that when I went to claim the rewards there was no orange box to claim it. Only graded out.

I am really telling the truth here. This was just so sudden. I just wanted to get my rewards that's all! I don't want to waste my effort in applying and joining if I cannot get any rewards.

Please help me

Hello there Kitwritten, as your requirement about the screenshot of the rankings I cannot provide it because how can I do a screenshot of the ranking after the C.S. GVG was finished? Of course, upon checking the rewards there will be no option to see the rankings anymore and do the screenshot. If it was there I should have been done it. Please reply

I have already had a conversation with VetAlma as well today and she said I should have reported this and she will too.

The issue was reported by me, there was no response from the devs, I will have to request a response.

i got the same issue last cs gvg dated april 29, saturday (server time). i only got to claim the Kill Rank reward, and no reward at the Defeated Side... i was not able to get the screenshot because of some reason... can you please take a look at this? thanks..

Guys, we had this issue last time with the missing mercs, issues need to be reported as soon as they happen otherwise the devs will just shut the door on all reports and possible compensation.

the issue happened again sir in the next week after it was reported... tabitha is my guildmate, when he experienced that, i got all the rewards... it says it was reported so i thought everything is ok in cs gvg rewards... but it happened again after a week, and that time, i was the one who got nothing in the defeated side reward...

yeah I was asked if it was a server wide issue and I said no, we only have one report of a issue, now we have 5 from the same week which has been matched by 37.com players reporting the same issue.

But some of the reports for the 29th of april have come in almost 2 weeks late so we are having to make multiple reports to the devs and thats something that annoys them a lot

what will happen then sir? does this mean that the reward that we suppose to get at that cs gvg wont be given to us anymore? what will happen if the problem happen again? is there a chance that this issue might occur in the coming cs gvg??? sorry to bother but i need some answers... thanks a lot in advance for answering...

All the requests for rewards have been sent to the devs but at this stage, they are not responding

hi

last time i win my cs gvg but when i clam the reward my inventry go full and i did not get animus stones and opzita both i did not get i cheak in mail but nothing there plzz solve my problem
