toon name: Ensayne  (was river, but i used a name change and a sex change and swapped to male from female)

Server: S42 (recently merged into ud2)

Issue: i am level 56, for some reason i cannot open any chests, basic cards, anything in my inventory that you need to be level 10 for. 

Issue started: it worked find this morning around 10AM (server time), i was still named River and Female toon, the server lost connection and i am not sure but think it was an update. after refreshing a few times i went to open the rest of my chests in my backpack and it says i'm too low of a level. i had planned on changing names and gender change anyways, so i did that and i am still having the same problem. i keep refreshing hoping that it fixes itself but it is not working.
