It was a single recharge event. It means that you get the reward for each recharge. You would have to do a recharge for 500, 1000 and 2000, to get each set of rewards. That would give you the 100 elf wings.
A total recharge event means that you get the rewards up to the total amount you recharge for.
The total recharge event rewards for a 2000 diamond are
So you should have got the 60x elf wings, nemesis x 60 and feather x20 for the single recharge.
and the tundra wolfx25, Venus x50 and feather x20 for the total recharge.
