I haven't received any mail for almost a week.  Could be longer, just can't remeber.  NO AFK, nothing from the next day.

 To report issues we need you to provide detailed info along with your server and in-game name.

 If you are talking about server 58 it's a known issue and AMZ is checking it, we hope it will be solved soon.
