[Waiting] Can't get my reward from frontier defense

that make 2 days that i participating to frontier defense and at the end i did'nt get my reward of silvers and refined elexir for my ranking score, i talked with the GM and i have done all he said to me and nothing resolved my problem so he send me here hoping someone here will fix this bug issue :(

My Id is OlrikQc server 14 .

I would like you to take a screenshot of your game & inventory showing the items/silver before and after the event. We've made some inquiries to other players and tested joining battle and it seems to be working.
