The devs have tested and find no issue with accessing the server using the players accounts .That tells us that the most likely issue is that the dns is not being resolved at the players end .

I suggest you change your system dns and see if that makes a difference .

Please try flushing your dns like I have showing in the screen shot above , if it still does not work ... Try using comodo dragon or the ice dragon browser . Using firefox or chrome with normal windows DNS , you could get the issue ... using comodo dragon with a different secure dns server ( comes with the browser ) you can get straight in server . loading prob again .. up to 3 days ago  I was running fine  .no prob logging online . now in last 3 days I am stuck at 13 %  again . I have tried  Ie -- Chrome -- firefox...  all stuck at 13 % .  now I did  get online with comodo dragon  . but dragon  rubberbands me not real bad  but bugs me a lot .... I have clean cashe  and used CCleaner  don't help .  I am not the only with this problem   can we get a perm fix ....oh   and I logged in R2 game of this and zoom right in

i also have this loading problems, tryed everything, but it just dont want to load, im waiting and waiting, but nothing happen :( last time i waited for more than a hour, then i gave up. please fix that

I have the same problem, takes forever to actually load the game, I'm on S36 toon name of Brynhilde.  Keeps coming up with 98% loading and 13%.  I've cleared my cache, history, flushed my dns and tried several different browsers. Please sort this out as I only recharged yesterday and it sucks that I can't even play.  I think you need to sort out your servers and make sure players can actually play, otherwise you will start to lose players, I've seen it happen in many games before.  Getting tiring refreshing constantly only to have the same problems over and over every single day, and it can take hours to finally log in, which means players miss events.

was stuck at 13%  using sevral di browsers.  installed  Comodo as suggested.  restarted comp.  guess  what : stuck at 13 % with  Commmodo.. can ge into other servers but not mine {queens realm}

I use normal Chrome ( safe mode ) and i try too this comodo icedragon,, both make this stuck. itry too opera,almost all what have. this server 56Royal Myst,, is so problematic,, we all talk this logging problem, when we are in,,we cant have same proxy, cache, etc problem. 

Somebody need wait 1 or maybe 3 hours get in. 1 day i was trying get in 5hours,,, i try all skills,, nothing helps.

U guys should not make new servers before get works those old one. This is boring already,, every day is same. and im not only one, who have same problem.

Clearing the cache is not going to do much with a loading issue.

The cache is a set of files that are stored so that leading is faster when players load a site. Clearing the cache multiple times a day, can actually slow the loading down

The issue that is going on, appears to be DNS resolution related and its a on going issue with chrome and also in windows 10.....

I do play this game for almost 2 years and did not have any problem last 3 days were a nightmare .

Also tried following browsers: Vivaldi, Opera, IE10, Firefox and  SRWare Iron .not loading .
