I have all héroes that i need for claim it, but cant claim, button still is in gray.

Hello Ph0enixx,
Looking at your screenshots you should be able to claim the Hero Genghis Khan.
Try Clearing your cache and restarting your browser, you could also try private mode on the browser you're currently using or the browsers comodo dragon/Ice dragon.

Done, i cleared cache and nothing, i downloaded comodo ice dragon, and cant yet
