[resolved]Tycoon (single server) total ranking claim bug?

Hey i cant claim all rewards from the Tycoon single server event.

i am top 2 in nearly each part but i cant claim some total rewards.

some total rewards like from Bless Stone i can claim but for example Mastery Stone or Anima total ranking (i am place 2 at each) i cant. The claim button is grey. i tried to refresh and cleared the cache but nothing works.

i checked it again and the only total rewards i can claim is Bless Stone and the total point rewards the all other  i cant claim

I could not claim any of the total rewards, and we are talking a huge amount. In total I lost 600 mount stones, 600 blessed, 600 anima coins, 400 engraving stones, 100 blood stones,150 soulstones, 100 energy gems, 150 pet exp potions, 150 amethyst and 400 astral ingots which I demand back. This issue happen on gta too and many other platforms .

Unfortunately, I was not able to get my rewards.. I checked it last Jan. 02, 0900H(Server Time).. Can you please give me atleast a lucas skin for compensation? .. that was really my real goal for that event.. Hope you consider my request.. I really love the game. I will really appreciate it very much!

Tycoon claiming bug was fix on the 2nd of January King-Ver, if you where not able to have claimed that time you should have posted a screenshots just like Palu posted here.
