I have been attempting to contact ANYONE in Customer Service for over four hours! This is stupid!!!!

My account in EMPIRE: REVENANT got locked. I was informed what I needed to do to get it unlocked---I DID IT---and nothing---nada---zilch. My account is STILL locked---and NO ONE IS RESPONDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone in customer support needs to fix this NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am highly annoyed. FIX THIS NOW!!!!
