[solved] My Inscription disappear

my inscription 18 disappear when i equipped it........

here are the inscriptions that i bought the 2 inscriptions 17 from the recharge event, synth it into inscription 18 and i don´t have it, gone when i click to equip

in game name : Mirane

game: League of Angels

Server 2 - Nevernight (AU1)

Hi Mirane as I replied to ur previous post we need the full name of the inscription u lost and the server time when u lost it

hi, the inscription i´m missing is "Hell´s Shield (18#)"

the server time is there in my previos post, it was maybe 10/15 mins before that, i was too angry chatting in my alliance when they were telling me what to do about it XD.

after i synth the inscription i clicked "1-click carve" and it said inscription missing or something like that and the inscription was no longer in my inventory :S

in the screenshot where it´s missing it says "11/30/2016 16.34" so... like 10/15 mins before that.

there´s someone with inscriptions disappearing at least once a week in GtArcade forums XD, it´s a very old bug that never got fixed.

what you mean by account name? my in game name? it´s "Mirane"

hi it´s been 2 weeks since i reported this.

can you answer please.....

"hi we are working on it" or "we don´t care at all we already have your money why help you"

you stop answering as soon as i showed you your OWN update which shows i lost the inscription cause of your game bug. which means it´s not my fault what happened if not the game´s.

2 weeks i have my Fire queen on Amulet lvl 0
