it seems everyone in our guild has the same issue as you, s2-s28 european servers has lost exactly 7 days of progress for some reason.

as for a rollback, we did not do one, they can only be done by the devs and they have not told us of any rollbacks. however it is possible that something happened with the physical servers that the game is hosted on and they reloaded a old save file, not a recent one......

I got the Problem that i was online in another serverinstance. Will mean yesterday i won't see anyone online no one in Boss rush and no one was at kings bounty, my friendlist was complete offline.

after a page reload for the dayli Login Devotion, i came back in the acutally serverinstance where all Player are online, but all lost 7 days Login, so i think there was more than a reload of a safe file. Why was the first instance online when the Admins from the Servers, which host this game, load the safe file. I tell you that because the Server must have the original safe where no days Login lost, because i was online on there till servertime 15:30 o'clock.

Yes when you logged in, you may have logged in during the change over and ended up on the new server system without the database added.

Yes there is more than one save file, there is multiple save files, thats when the error happened. They are not all backed up at the same time, but spaced out so you may have game system data once a month, player save data once a week. Rank stats once a day.

Things like recharging are logged in a seperate system, not as part of the game so in the event of a rollback the data is not lost and we can track recharges and lost diamonds
