There is an issue with receiving diamonds on Felspire, S35.  NoT, and myself, OubreE9, have both not received our purchases today.  We're hoping this is resolved prior to the end of the current event.  By the way, tickets have been submitted.

Do moderators or admin even read this anymore?  By the time this is resolved the Grand Gala will be over...or was that the initial plan?

At minimum the list of items are:  ore, 10 ex stones, 2 (I think 5x) potions, 10 TD Pass, a gift box worth 1000 BD.  However, this event was progressive...meaning the more things accomplished the greater the points received.  With points you could get more and better items, such as conqueror scrolls, and I don't recall what else.

At this stage 5 people reported a problem, 2 have responded for details on the event, so I will wait for monday for the other 3 to respond but I can not hold the compensation request any longer than that but nor can we put in multiple requests for compensation because the devs just get shitty


I get what you are saying with the points, the other player that responded provided their total points and what they were recharging to get, so that is good.....
