good job guys i think this its the end of this game,what suport you offer? 3 days and steel this problem. i can not connect on any server.dianaRo s33

server 44 same problem cant enter since friday 22 october in 11:00 pm i lost a complete day of game please fix this quick and give a good compensation.

We are aware of the issue, the problem is that we need screenshots from the players as when we log into players accounts, we can not find a issue.


We need a screenshot please, the information we need, can only be gained from players computers




firefox  Click CTRL,+ SHIFT+ Q

chrome click CTRL+SHIFT+i

Check that the window is showing network, then reload the browser with the game open


it will generate a log, we need a screenshot of the bottom of that log so we can see what is happening at the players end

LOOOOOL!!!!!  IF U LOOK UP U SEE THE PRINT SCREEN FOR ISSUE.SHE LOAD ONLY TILL 14 READING CARACTER COMPLET AND SHE FROZEN.

i try to inn in  S5 and she workl only in S5 but in S33 she dont work

all server work on Mozila but not S33.I see with other caracter from other server my caracter dianaRo from S33 in game but i can not play because i see this print screen on my caracter dianaRo from S33......loook up.......i hope to understand what i say

Hi ,everyone .So sorry for the inconvenience caused these days .The bug has been fixed and you should be able to log in games now .And compensation will also be sent to you .

It means that your connection to the server closed, more than likely the result of time out.


Can you please your cache and cookies and reboot your router
