Hi I need a screenshot from the browser tools


firefox  Click CTRL,+ SHIFT+ Q

chrome click CTRL+SHIFT+F

Check that the window is showing network, then reload the browser with the game open


it will generate a log, we need a screenshot of the bottom of that log so we can see what is happening at the players end
