I logged off my character earlier and when i went to login again its asking me to create a new character

Server S10

Character Dark Reign


Why is this happening

Just to clarify this my daughter normally logs into the game through your site on Opera and plays the game through that browser but when she went to login this time it gave her an error of game not setup and to contact developer admin to set it up, so she went through Facebook on Firefox and the link to the game was there on her facebook and when she clicked it it brought up the game and  server list to login into and when she chose s10 to login it was asking her to create a new character, i hope this can be fixed as she has put alot of time into this character

It can be fixed, we have to find out what is happening and where. I have reported this to AMZ devs

hello, i have the same issue today.


I have a 44 char called Shaadana on S21,  i just reloaded the game and suddenly i am in quest 1 and called Avenger !!

i want my shaadana back

Having the same issue (S2)Hunters Moon - Delvynn. I've always gone through the AMZ site and logged in using FB (3rd Party). And when I tried to connect this morning I got the above error

Please, please, please help me to get my Character back! I JUST recharged a total of $30 yesterday......

the characters are not lost, they are still on the server, there is a issue with the FB login system and we are working on it

I know its a pain people but be patient as this has to go from Amzgame to FB and they need to work together. so it will not be a quick instant fix. So be patient and they will take care of it

Just want to say thanks for fixing the issue with the FB portal and let you know my character is back, all i had to do was send in my FB id, server and character name,

we are still monitoring the issue.... the cause was a change with FB coding and it caused the OpenID system to stop working.
