but i played s24 its ok no log.. plss fix this i'll be waiting to reply VET

speedtest will only test your connection to the ISP. its from the ISP on that a lot of factors can affect a connection

24 is a US east server and you are lagging on Europe servers, we also have other europe players on other games also reporting connection issues.... and each game uses a different server system

We will monitor the issue but to be honest, we are limited to the servers, anything out self of that, is beyond our control, including connection disruption..... and we can only check the servers themselves, we can not test your connection to the server

Players use lag as a term to cover a number of different issues, such as traffic congestion, connection delay, graphics rendering delay etc, now of which are server side issues.

If players are getting the connect has been cut message, it means their connection to the server has been disrupted but we have no way of telling where that is happening....
